Brad Wiggins

Brad joined CHS in February, 2010 and is responsible for the Insurance Risk Management function. This involves designing and managing the property and casualty, executive risk and other related insurance programs, risk financing and claims management for the overall enterprise. His area has two primary missions; to assist the CHS businesses in managing risk so that they can effectively run and grow their busines; and to protect the corporation’s assets.

Prior to coming to CHS, Brad was the Casualty Claim Manager at Cargill, Inc. He’s also held management positions with Marsh and Crawford & Company.

Brad holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Iowa State University with a major in Marketing and have completed Finance, Strategy and Decision-Making classes at the Carson School of Management. He also holds Associate in Risk Management and Associate in Claims designations from the American Institute for Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters. He’s held Board positions with the Minnesota Chapter of the Risk and Insurance Management Society and the Minnesota Employers Workers Compensation Alliance (fka Minnesota Self-Insurers Association).

Brad lives in Woodbury with his wife Renee and has two daughters; Emily, who is a police officer with the City of Woodbury and Ellen, who is a junior at the University of Minnesota.
