Brad Koland

Brad Koland is a Corporate Risk Manager at Land O’ Lakes, Inc.

He began his professional career in 1996 as a Structural Engineer with Setter Leach & Lindstrom (now Leo A. Daly). In 2002 he landed with Target, eventually moving to the position of Sr. Group Manager, Claims and Insurance & Risk Management in 2012. He started his current position with Land O’ Lakes in 2015, where he manages a risk and insurance budget of more than $45MM and an outstanding liability of more than $60MM.

Mr. Koland is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Madison with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. He also has an M.B.A. in General & Enterprise Risk Management from the University of St. Thomas.
